Dolly Dagger

Dolly Dagger is carried by Vittorio Cataldi in the light novel Purple Haze Feedback. Measuring around fifty centimeters, the Stand is fixed to a straight double-edged dagger of Napoleonic vintage, its decorative hilt topping a blade that looks rusted at rest but turns mirror-bright once the Stand is switched on.

Though it lives inside a weapon, the dagger behaves less like a tool for stabbing and more like a standing defensive trait, one that quietly makes Vittorio far harder to take down in a fight.

The core effect is a partial reflection of damage. Any time Vittorio is hurt, seventy percent of that harm is shunted onto whatever the blade is currently reflecting, leaving him to absorb only the remaining thirty. The trick applies broadly, sending along gunshot wounds and even viral infections to the mirrored target.

It is not limited to redirecting outside attacks; Vittorio can wound himself on purpose to route the injury onto whoever appears in the blade, and that harm lands in the very same spot on their body. Crucially, what transfers is the degree of injury rather than the literal physical blow, so an armored attacker gains no protection from his plating: the reflected damage ignores how well that armor would have blocked a real strike. The one weakness is that against a Stand possessing multiple bodies, the shared punishment is easier for them to shrug off than for Vittorio alone.

Vittorio Cataldi is the sole wielder. Because the reflection is largely automatic, the Stand makes him naturally sturdier in combat, turning nearly every wound he takes into a threat against his opponent instead.
