Appearance

Frail and undersized, Vittorio is a teenager with large eyes and hollowed cheeks whose skin is mapped with scars from the wounds he inflicts on himself to trigger his Stand. A heavy lock of hair hangs down across his face. He wears a sleeveless cagoule strung with two chains, each bearing a six-pointed star, along with tall sneakers that climb up his calves.

Personality

Vittorio is a deranged masochist who craves pain above all, slicing himself with his dagger and cackling with delight as he does. He holds that suffering summons the life force within him and that ordinary civilized existence is only a thin cover over life's emptiness, a belief that feeds his hunger for agony. Away from that fixation he behaves like a crude, uneducated street thug, quick to pick fights, overly familiar, and indifferent to the crimes he commits. Cannolo Murolo suggests he came into the world at society's lowest rung, treated as garbage and denied any hope, and so lashes out at everything around him, yet he sincerely looks up to Massimo Volpe and stays loyal to him.

History

Vittorio traveled to Taormina in Sicily with Massimo Volpe to retrieve a Stone Mask secreted away inside Syracuse's cathedral, only to find that Cannolo Murolo had already destroyed it. When he turned his Stand on Murolo, the properties of Murolo's own Stand meant that Vittorio alone absorbed the harm of his attacks. Murolo urged him to stand down and surrender to Giorno Giovanna, but Vittorio kept lashing out in a frenzy and ultimately bled to death from his self-directed wounds.
