Doobie Wah!

Doobie Wah! is the Stand of Aisho Dainenjiyama in JoJolion. It usually shows up as a fast-spinning miniature whirlwind with a faintly genie-shaped figure spinning at its heart. That figure sports two short drooping horns, a lone spike beneath a single mechanical eye, and what looks like a small crown, plus long bladed index fingers much like Little Feet. In the colored manga it appears blue.

As an automatic Stand it chases its quarry no matter the distance, though its attack is blunt and direct. That relentlessness makes it more practical for Aisho to set it loose and wait for the kill than to face a foe head-on. Unusually for an automatic Stand user, he can also sense his Stand's movements, a tracking sense most such wielders lack.

The Stand's power, its pursuing vortex, houses it inside a compact yet highly destructive tornado that hounds a chosen victim without mercy. Once Aisho touches a person, or merely touches their Stand, he can send Doobie Wah! after them automatically. It reassembles near the target out of their own exhaled breath, gathering into a little cyclone that it rides in on, and if they slip one tornado it simply uses their next breath to appear again.

That makes escape effectively impossible short of holding one's breath forever. A victim can briefly mask their presence by not breathing, even from within the vortex, but only as a stopgap. Striking the tornado does nothing, since blows fail to reach the Stand hidden inside, and the whirlwind is fierce enough to slice flesh and shred objects like a laptop. It swells larger the longer it feeds on the target's breath, yet sealing the target off, such as a shut window between them, starves and dissipates it. The Stand can also claw at its prey from within the swirl and is capable of hunting several people at once, as it did when it rose from both Tsurugi and Yasuho after Aisho stepped on their combined Stands. The only real answers are to run or to attack Aisho directly.

Aisho Dainenjiyama is the sole wielder. His Stand first strikes when he sets it on Tsurugi and Yasuho in a stairwell, chasing them across the street and onto a bus, then defeating their oxygen masks by forming inside the mouthpiece itself. The hunt ends only when Aisho is killed by Tsurugi's Paper Moon King, which shuts the Stand down for good.
