Justice

Justice is wielded by Enya the Hag and appears in Stardust Crusaders. For most of its screen time it is a colossal bank of fog, wide enough to smother a small graveyard. Solidified, it becomes a skeletal specter wearing a large jeweled crown crested with a spike, the fog swirling about its head and hands and draping it like a garment, its skull short a few teeth. The anime gives it two right hands, mirroring Enya and her son J. Geil. Colored manga tints it entirely purple, while the anime and OVA hand it a bone-white skull topped by a golden crown, with green hands lifting out of the mist. It embodies the Justice tarot card, whose usual theme of consequences is warped in Enya's case into a fixation on avenging herself and her son.

Its chief power is a kind of fog-string puppetry that hijacks a body by way of any open wound. Enya opens one by cutting the target with scissors, and the spilling blood is pulled into the fog, which then bores a tidy round hole capable of running through a slim area like the wrist or tongue. Strands of fog feed into that hole like the strings of a marionette, so Enya can work the limb however she pleases, flinging Polnareff up to the ceiling or making Hol Horse fire on himself. The trick scales to dozens of corpses at a time, each maneuvered precisely and dressed up to resemble living people despite their warped, hole-pocked bodies.

Justice can also weave startlingly real illusions anywhere inside its reach. Enya conjured a whole phantom town over a cemetery, its buildings appearing solid until the moment of her defeat, and she almost finished off Joseph Joestar by dressing a metal fence up as their car and coaxing him to jump onto it. Above all, being nothing but fog leaves it practically untouchable, as every blow, even one from another Stand, sails harmlessly through. Jotaro prevailed only by having Star Platinum swallow the whole Stand into its mouth, suffocating Enya.

Enya the Hag is the sole user, turning the fog into puppet armies and phantom towns as she stalks the Joestar group to avenge her son.
