November Rain is the close-range Stand of Jodio Joestar in The JOJOLands. It calls down localized downpours whose raindrops carry a crushing, selective weight, able to pulp a human body or precisely destroy a single object while leaving everything around it untouched.
November Rain is wielded by Jodio Joestar in The JOJOLands and takes the form of a legless artificial humanoid. Four broad tendrils extend from the base of its torso like the ribs of an umbrella, and its underside narrows to a point recalling the nozzle of an icing tube. Its face echoes the Stand Catch the Rainbow, while leaves shaped like palm fronds jut from its shoulders. Its defining trait is the power to summon rain that weighs far more than it should.
The Stand produces confined rain showers made of abnormally heavy drops. When those drops strike a person, their weight alone drives them through the skin and can crush the victim completely, though the harm appears temporary, since people have returned to normal once the Stand withdraws. It can also aim with fine discrimination, singling out particular objects to destroy while sparing others. Jodio uses this to wipe out evidence sealed in a plastic bag held by a DEA agent without touching the agent, and to punch holes in the shoes of nearby police officers without hurting them.
The rain is not restricted to falling straight down, as the Stand can also fire it forward at a target. The drops hit hard enough to tear through carpet and bore a hole in a concrete floor. Its reach is short, covering about three meters across and four meters high, and it cannot produce any rain past that boundary.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
