Public Image Limited

The Stand keeps no lasting form of its own. When it merges with a sniper rifle round, that bullet transforms, stretching to roughly ten centimeters, turning blue, and sprouting arms along with a face reminiscent of a shark. In this state it becomes the vehicle for Rigatoni's marksmanship.

Its main trick is the Augmented Shot. Rigatoni feeds the whole of his Stand power gradually into a single round before firing, and the Stand sharpens that bullet's speed, force, and accuracy, letting it travel about four times faster than an ordinary shot while weaving around any obstacle standing between him and his mark. The cost is steep, since the technique drains his power so heavily that he flirts with death every time he pulls the trigger.

To blunt that danger, the Stand carries a second trait, Power Absorption. Whenever an augmented shot connects, it siphons Stand energy from the target it struck, recovering an amount equal to what Rigatoni charged into the bullet. For that reason he tends to aim only at other Stand users, since they alone can refill what each shot spends.
