Rigatoni

Rigatoni is a Stand user whose power is Public Image Limited. His trade sets him apart from ordinary hitmen, since he devotes himself specifically to eliminating other Stand users, a niche that made him both rare and dreaded throughout the organization.

Within Passione, Rigatoni's very existence stays a near-secret, known to only a handful, and among those who do know him he carries a fearsome reputation as the so-called Stand Killer. That pride in his specialty drives his final act: instead of remaining retired, he accepts a job for the chance to settle matters with a familiar rival.

Because he could not operate alongside a partner who lacked a Stand, Rigatoni was at one point paired with Guido Mista. He eventually stepped away from the work entirely, only to return for a single request that would pit him against Mista once more. The confrontation ends at the summit of St Mark's Basilica's bell tower, where a combined assault by Mista and Giorno Giovanna brings him down.
