Wired is the Stand wielded by the Pork Pie Hat Kid during Steel Ball Run. Hidden inside its user's mouth, it launches hooked cables through pools of water and matching objects, snatching distant targets before they can even register the danger.
Wired serves as the Stand of the Pork Pie Hat Kid, an assassin encountered during the events of Steel Ball Run. Rather than manifesting as a humanoid figure, it exists as a small crank fitted with a pair of hooked wires that sit coiled within the Kid's mouth. Whenever the weapon lies dormant, those barbed tips simply rest across his tongue, waiting to be deployed.
The Kid activates his power by feeding the two cable-mounted hooks through a shallow basin of water. That water behaves as a viewing window, letting him peer down onto a narrow patch of territory as though watching from overhead. Once he sets any object onto the surface, his hooks can travel through it and emerge from a second object of the very same type somewhere far away, seizing whatever is nearby. Placing a bird's plume in the pan, for example, lets the barbs sprout from beneath another feather near his prey.
Size poses no barrier to what can be pulled across, and even a horse has been dragged through the connection. The hooks strike quicker than a person can follow with the eye and carry the muscle to lift a grown man or hoist an animal, sometimes yanking a victim away while leaving whatever they were holding behind. Johnny once failed to notice Gyro being snatched right beside him. The technique is not flawless, though. The pool grants only a cramped and partial look at the target, so the Kid can be tricked into striking the wrong mark, and because anyone may exploit the linked objects, Johnny turned the trap around by firing through the feathers to wound the assassin himself.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Wired is the Stand of the Pork Pie Hat Kid, an assassin who appears during Steel Ball Run, taking the form of a small crank fitted with hooked wires hidden inside its user's mouth.
The Pork Pie Hat Kid feeds Wired's hooked wires through a shallow pool of water, which acts as a viewing window onto a distant patch of territory; placing an object on the water's surface lets the hooks emerge from a matching object far away to snatch a target.
Wired's hooks strike faster than the eye can follow and carry enough strength to lift a grown man or even drag away a horse.
Wired's water pool only offers the Pork Pie Hat Kid a cramped, partial view of the target, which can be exploited; Johnny Joestar turned the trap around by firing back through the linked feathers to wound the assassin himself.
The Pork Pie Hat Kid, a hired killer stalking the racers of the Steel Ball Run competition, is the sole known user of Wired.
