Chapter seventy-three, Hidden Inventory, Part 9, sees a grieving Suguru hurl his fiercest curses at Toji, only for the Sorcerer Killer's superhuman senses and cursed tools to crush him within moments.
With the escort in shambles, Suguru fights to avenge his fallen companions, calling on some of the deadliest cursed spirits at his command. Even his strongest curses, however, struggle against Toji's raw lethality.
Most of the school's barriers, Toji explains, do nothing but conceal it, so anyone aware of its position in advance can walk right up to where both the Cursed Warehouse and the Tombs of the Star sit. With sorcerers busy this season and no cursed energy of his own, he moved unseen, though gripping a cursed tool makes him detectable. He even swallowed the spirit that stores his weapons to stay hidden. Suguru sends his Rainbow Dragon in while Toji dodges and keeps talking, then demands he stop, knowing that disclosing such details could strengthen Toji's heavenly restriction. Toji reveals he tracked them by mundane means, his absent cursed energy sharpening his five senses to a peak that lets him sense spirits, and he is unsure whether Kuroi survived.
Toji slices the durable Rainbow Dragon apart with his katana-like tool, then finds himself trapped inside the Innate Domain of Suguru's second spirit, Kuchisake-Onna, bound by a pact until he answers her question of whether she is pretty. He flatly says she is not his type. When the domain lifts, the Inverted Spear of Heaven lets him swat aside every floating blade with ease. Suguru closes in and tries to absorb the inventory curse, only to be rebuffed by it, and Toji draws a second blade to cut down both Suguru and his curse at once. Toji spares his life only because his death might unleash all the curses he has stored, telling Suguru he ought to credit his own parents for the blessings that still lost to a mere monkey. His thoughts drift to the meaning of Megumi, the name he gave his son. In the foothills, Satoru's hand twitches with returning life.
The clash titled Suguru versus Toji both begins and ends within this chapter. It features the cursed tools Inverted Spear of Heaven and Split Soul Katana, plus Suguru's Cursed Spirit Manipulation with Kuchisake-Onna and Rainbow Dragon. The events were adapted into the twenty-eighth anime episode.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
