One of the quietest powers in All For One's collection, and one of the most useful to a man who never wanted to be found. Antigen Swap changes his blood type on command, which erases the single most damning thing a criminal tends to leave behind at a scene.
Listed in Japanese as Kōgen Hentai, this self-range Transformation Quirk sits in All For One's hands after being taken from a user whose identity was never revealed. Chapter 401 introduces it, and Episode 161 brings it to the anime.
Its function fits in a sentence: the holder decides what blood type he has, and it becomes that.
The effect is internal and offers nothing offensive. Its value lies in what it denies other people: blood left behind stops being evidence once the blood itself can be rewritten between one scene and the next.
Paired with Bloodlet, it also breaks Bloodcurdle, which All For One demonstrates against Toshinori Yagi and Chizome Akaguro by editing away the very thing that paralysis keys on.
All For One is the only named holder; the original owner remains unknown. Across his villain career it kept him untraceable, letting him direct events from cover while Heroes and the Police Force chased evidence that never matched.
The Quirk carries a footnote in publication history too. Darkness received its name belatedly, in Volume 42, and setting that case aside, no Quirk introduced after this one was ever given a name in the main manga.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Antigen Swap is a Quirk held by All For One that lets him change his own blood type at will, which erases blood evidence he might otherwise leave behind at a scene.
All For One is the only named user of Antigen Swap. The identity of the original holder he stole it from was never revealed.
Antigen Swap is a self range Transformation Quirk that debuted in Chapter 401 of the manga and Episode 161 of the anime.
When paired with Bloodlet, Antigen Swap lets All For One rewrite his own blood on demand, which breaks Bloodcurdle since that paralysis Quirk keys on the blood itself. All For One demonstrated this against Toshinori Yagi and Chizome Akaguro.
No, Antigen Swap has no offensive application. Its value lies purely in denying investigators usable blood evidence.
