Overview
Given as Me kara Bīmu in Japanese, this long-range Emitter Quirk belongs to Ichimoku Samazu and comes from Vigilantes. Chapter 3 of that series debuts it, with Episode 2 handling the adaptation.
Function is exactly what the title promises: a tight laser leaves his eyes.
Mechanics
Firing runs through hardware. A switch sits on his visor, and flipping it sends a blast at whatever target his gaze happens to rest on. Concentration scales the output, letting him push out considerably larger discharges than the standard shot.
The visor's true role is an open question. Whether it exists to keep the Quirk from firing without pause, or whether the ability can simply be switched off at will, has never been clarified.

Ichimoku Samazu is the only known holder. His Ultimate Move, Meganetic Blaster, is that scaling taken to its limit: with sufficient focus he lets loose a single blast of far greater power.
The design is an open nod to Cyclops of Marvel Comics. Within the franchise it lines up closely with Queen Beam and functions along much the same lines as Laser.
