Big Fist

Written Taiken in Japanese, this close-range Transformation Quirk belongs to Itsuka Kendo. Chapter 29 introduces it and Episode 18 brings it to the anime.

Either hand can grow, or both at once, and the scale is extreme. Hers reach something like three times her own body and get there almost instantly.

Raw power rises alongside the size. Tungsten shields come apart under her grip without much trouble, a handful of strikes puts people down, and heavy objects travel with her. The added mass never seems to burden her; she moves as though the hands weigh nothing.

That expansion is itself a weapon. Anyone unfamiliar with how the Quirk works gets caught off guard by the sudden growth, and the momentum of the expansion can be folded into a strike to make it land harder.

The hands do more than hit. They ferry people, they pin opponents, and both make her genuinely useful for rescues and for escorting criminals. A person cupped inside them gets shielded from certain hazards, poisonous Gas among them, though only for a short while. Flapping the enlarged fists also stirs up enough wind to break a gas trap outright.

Itsuka Kendo is the only known holder, and close quarters is where she lives, since almost no defense holds against that much force. Her named technique is Double Jumbo Fist: she throws a two-handed blow at normal size and triggers the Quirk in the instant before contact, so the growth itself becomes the damage.
