Overview
Chameleon is the power held by the villain Invisible Wall. It is a Mutant Quirk whose effective range varies with what the user is doing, and it debuts in Chapter 17 before reaching the anime in Episode 11.
It sits alongside several other reptilian and amphibian powers in the series, sharing ground with Frog, Gecko, and Lizard.
Mechanics
The body takes on both the look and the toolkit of a chameleon. Vertical surfaces stop being obstacles, since the user adheres to walls and climbs them freely. The eyes swivel independently across multiple directions, and the tongue extends far beyond any normal reach.
Concealment rounds out the package. The user blends their whole body into the surroundings, which serves equally well for slipping away from an opponent and for opening an ambush. That camouflage is not absolute, though. As with Tsuyu Asui's Camouflage, someone observant enough can pick the user out despite it.
