Overview

An Emitter Quirk with long-range reach, Clean Bubbler produces soapy water directly from the body of its user and leaves that user in command of where it goes. Susugu Mitarai, working under the hero name Wash, is its owner. The Quirk arrives in Chapter 272 and in Episode 87.

Mechanics

The water comes out as a stream forceful enough to hold several people aloft. An internal tank feeds a second application: oversized soap bubbles that wrap around a target and carry them upward, ending a confrontation without injuring anybody.

The lather has a gentler purpose as well. Wash treats the wounded with it, disinfecting and tending injuries, which is exactly what he does for the casualties left behind when civilians and villains clash.
