Good Morning! opens on a routine evacuation and ends with a city dissolving. Tomura Shigaraki wakes with two words, and the Decay that follows kills pro heroes by the handful, swallows Jaku General Hospital, and rolls outward faster than anyone can run.
Burnin calls out to anyone in the neighborhood who cannot get out unaided, warning that the city may become a battle zone. Katsuki herds civilians onto the shuttles and snaps at a man offering a chocolate bun that it will only dry his mouth out. Uravity eyes the bun, Katsuki accuses her of wanting one for herself, and Froppy observes that he yells at the elderly exactly like everyone else. A resident begs Ingenium to spare his workplace because an unsubmitted paper manuscript is inside, and Ingenium promises to preserve it. Anima clears out the animals with Anivoice, and a dove reports the fifth ward fully evacuated. Ingenium insists every apartment and senior home be checked.
Shoto notices Deku doubled over, and Katsuki assumes he is slacking. In truth Deku is receiving a message from One For All's original holder, silent since before the joint training exercise, warned that the blowback is nearly here and time is short, because something freed from humanity and swollen with power is on its way. Uravity calls to him as he turns toward the hospital.
Underground, X-Less cannot believe Tomura is awake after verifying that his heart had stopped, and the villain says he is cold. The last High-End is already beaten and Present Mic is walking Garaki to the surface when the lab starts crumbling, the doctor grinning as it creeps toward them. Gran Torino grabs both and shouts that the Decay is jumping to things Tomura never touched, warning everyone away from the cracks. Ryukyu, loaded with heroes, calls for Aizawa to grab hold, but a disintegrating High-End catches his leg. Crust cuts the arm away with Shoot Shield and is taken by the rot himself, dying while Aizawa screams. Endeavor escapes carrying Mirko and one more hero.
Garaki concedes the heroes were beaten as the decay swallows the hospital and reaches the city, with Wash pulling out whoever they can and Pixie-Bob's Earth Flow failing to hold it back. Every step of heroic progress, the doctor declares, was only ever building toward this awakening, and everything they made will crumble in Tomura's hands. Deku charges 45 percent of One For All and lets fly with an Ultimate Move nobody has seen before, St. Louis Smash Air Force, straight into the advancing ruin. Katsuki drives the crowd on, Burnin shouts for Endeavor, and Deku screams at everyone to run.
The U.A. students and pro heroes carry out the evacuation of the city.
Tomura wakes and unleashes a vastly amplified Decay that flattens the hospital before rolling out across the mountains and into the city beyond.
X-Less, several other pros, and every High-End Nomu are killed. Crust dies saving Eraser Head.
Tomura is seen holding X-Less's cape intact, suggesting far finer control over what his Decay consumes.
Gran Torino, Ryukyu, and Endeavor pull multiple heroes and Kyudai Garaki clear of the spread.
One For All's earliest holder speaks to Izuku for the first occasion since his dream of the past bearers, delivering a warning. Izuku's safe ceiling has climbed from 20 percent to 45.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
