Frog is the Mutant Quirk that hands Tsuyu Asui the whole amphibian package at once: a twenty-meter tongue, wall-gripping limbs, mucus that paralyzes or masks scent, and a body built for water. Cold is the one thing that shuts the entire arrangement down.
Tsuyu Asui carries Frog, a Mutant Quirk whose range is listed simply as variable. It appears in Chapter 6 and in Episode 5 of the anime. Rather than one trick, the Quirk bundles every amphibian trait together, and Tsuyu can run them without any apparent limit and in any combination she likes. Species boundaries do not seem to apply either; if a frog somewhere can do it, so can she.
The list runs long. Her anatomy is frog-built, her legs are powerful, she clings to surfaces, her tongue extends on demand, she can recolor herself to blend in, she swims fast, she controls what her stomach brings back up, and she secretes mucus with effects ranging from paralysis to scent masking.
Her tongue reaches twenty meters fully extended and pulls hard enough to lift a person and fling them a fair distance, or to be cracked like a whip. Her grip handles walls and even tightropes. Her stomach inflates, releasing an irritant held in its lining, and it doubles as storage for whatever she swallows and later brings back up. The mucus along her arms carries a distinctive smell that throws off anyone tracking by scent, and enough contact with it will paralyze. Camouflage came later, unlocked through training.
Temperature is the weak point. Frogs are cold-blooded and so is she, so a long chill locks the Quirk out and leaves her sluggish and heavy-lidded. A sudden one is worse, dropping her into something close to hibernation until she warms back up, helpless in the meantime. Heat and fire cut the other way, threatening an aquatic body with drying out.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Tsuyu Asui, the hero Froppy, is the only known holder, though her family's frog-like looks make it a fair guess that they share it. She earned her range the hard way, working every muscle she has, tongue included, by climbing a cliff face while that tongue stayed anchored at the top.
Water is where she dominates. She moves through it without surrendering strength or agility, fights and pulls victims out of it, and holds up fine in saltwater despite frogs being freshwater animals. On land she leaps high, sticks to walls, and crawls along vertical surfaces. She walks like anyone else but has never once been shown running, hopping on all fours instead.
Her named techniques are Camouflage, which shifts her coloring to match the background and sets up ambushes, though anyone watching closely can still pick her out, and Meteor Fafrotskies, a joint move with Uravity that pairs Frog and Zero Gravity to lift debris and hurl it at enemies. The premise draws heavily on the X-Men villain Toad, with a nod to Spider-Man's do-whatever-the-animal-can conceit, and the Quirk sits close to Chameleon and Tree Frog.
The frog-themed hero in My Hero Academia is Tsuyu Asui, known as Froppy, who wields the Mutant-type Frog Quirk.
Tsuyu Asui has the Mutant Quirk Frog, which gives her a full set of amphibian traits, including a long tongue, wall-clinging limbs, and a body built for water. Her family shares similar frog-like features, suggesting the Quirk runs in her bloodline.
The Frog Quirk gives Tsuyu Asui frog-built anatomy, powerful legs, wall-clinging grip, a stretching tongue, color-changing camouflage, fast swimming, controlled regurgitation, and paralyzing or scent-masking mucus.
Frog's biggest weakness is temperature, since Tsuyu Asui is cold-blooded like a real frog. Prolonged cold disables the Quirk and leaves her sluggish, while sudden cold can drop her into a helpless, hibernation-like state.
Tsuyu Asui's named techniques include Camouflage, which shifts her coloring to blend into the background, and Meteor Fafrotskies, a combination move with Uravity that pairs Frog with Zero Gravity to hurl debris at enemies.
