Hypertrophy is a stolen Transformation Quirk in All For One's collection, and it does exactly one thing: it swells his arm to a monstrous size. Simple as that sounds, he has spent decades pairing it with his other powers to turn a single swing into a killing blow.
All For One did not start with this Quirk. He took it from a person the story never identifies, using the theft power that shares his name. It enters the manga in Chapter 93 and the anime in Episode 49.
The name is the description. Hypertrophy, in medicine, refers to enlargement, and the Quirk's effect matches its etymology closely.
At will, the holder blows one of their arms up to enormous proportions, a melee range effect with no subtlety to it. All For One rarely stops there, folding it into Ultimate Quirk Combination alongside other abilities so the enlarged limb carries something far worse than mass.
The record of its use is brutal. He grew and reinforced his arm to hold Hood down, and he drove a crushing strike through a wall into All Might. On another occasion he stacked it with Accelerator Rings to whip a backhand at All Might faster than the man could answer. The Quirk sits close in concept to Big Fist.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Hypertrophy is a Transformation Quirk in All For One's collection that swells one of his arms to a monstrous size, a melee range effect he pairs with his other stolen powers to turn a single strike into something far more devastating.
All For One is the only confirmed user of Hypertrophy, having taken the Quirk from an unidentified former holder using his signature stealing power.
Hypertrophy first appears in Chapter 93 of the My Hero Academia manga and Episode 49 of the anime.
All For One has used Hypertrophy to hold Hood down with a reinforced arm and to drive a crushing punch through a wall into All Might, sometimes stacking it with Accelerator Rings for even greater force.
Hypertrophy is considered similar in concept to Big Fist, another Quirk that enlarges part of the user's body for melee combat.
