Lizard is a close range Mutant Quirk belonging to Rapt Tokage, seen from the very first chapter and first episode of the Vigilantes spin-off. Its name is not confirmed until the omake material in the tenth volume. Fans often note how closely it parallels Gecko, the Quirk carried by Shuichi Iguchi, better known as Spinner.
Mechanics
The transformation is permanent and structural. Scales sheathe the body, a tail trails behind, and the tongue splits into two tines, giving its owner the profile of a reptile rather than a man.
