Ikajiro Takobe carries a cephalopod's limb count on a human frame, six arms in plain view and two more folded away inside his torso. The pair he keeps hidden are the point, since an opponent counting six arms is counting wrong.
Octopus (Squid), spoken as Tako (Ika), is a close-range Mutant Quirk used by Ikajiro Takobe. Original to Vigilantes, it debuts in that series' Chapter 39 and Episode 17.
The ability gives its owner as many limbs as a cephalopod, leaving them looking like an octopus or squid walking upright. Ikajiro's own version supplies six visible arms, plus two additional tentacle-like limbs tucked inside his torso that stay concealed until he springs them for an ambush. His named technique, Eight-Arm Rush, puts all eight to work in a single sustained barrage.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Ikajiro Takobe is the only user. Number 6's records on him list his original ability under the name Cephalopod, which suggests Octopus (Squid) is what that Quirk grew into after Ikajiro was converted into a Next-Level Villain, mirroring how Teruo Unagisawa's Eel became Electric Eel. The Quirk plays much like Innsmouth's Octopus, but no relationship between the two men has been established.
