The main antagonist of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, Number 6 was a Villain Factory product rebuilt almost entirely out of Bomber cells. Obsessed with the dead hero O'Clock and desperate to own an identity of his own, he cycled through faces, aliases and even a hero licence in pursuit of one.
The face he wore by default belonged to a smirking young man, athletic, with long black curls gathered into a ponytail. A diagonal line crossed it and ran over the nose, a scar he cut into himself in tribute to O'Clock. Whenever Bomber cells merged into an arm, or Overclock regrew one out of them, the limb took on the Bombers' colouring and sprouted growths, sometimes with small faces among them.
Disguise came easily. His features could be rebuilt at will, the scar included, letting him pass as other people until he was exposed or chose to drop the act, at which point he reverted at once; the face he used for Rokuro Nomura was modelled on Koichi Haimawari. Under the Rock identity came a black bodysuit echoing O'Clock's, worn beneath a trench coat and a black fedora; O'Clock II swapped both for a domino mask. Beneath all of it, his true face was burned featureless, eyeless but for the socket outlines, an image close to All For One's own.
Agnosia left the experiment with no awareness of himself or anything else, and so no character at all. All For One saw that emptiness as raw material and raised him until one formed: self-assured, calm even at gunpoint, content to flee rather than fight, and untroubled by violence or by the bystanders he endangered.
He was vindictive in a petty way, answering police rubber bullets by taking their pistols and shooting them back, aiming to maim and unconcerned by which of them died later. Two things broke his composure: damage to his face, which he guarded jealously because a second wound would spoil the scar he had given himself, and the sight of his plans collapsing. When heroes repelled his Bombers at the Tokyo Sky Egg, he detonated one against a support tower, willing to kill thousands rather than watch his targets survive. Against that, his infiltration work was flawless: as Rokuro Nomura he played a clumsy, well-meaning manager, and as Rock a green but conscientious hero, until Pointer exposed him.
What drove him was the wish for an identity. Trained from his earliest memories to worship O'Clock and inherit the name as O'Clock II, he refused to remain a hollow, nameless thing, and meant to build his heroic origin story out of revenge on Kazuho Haneyama and Koichi. When that collapsed he unravelled, conversing with a hallucination of his master that was really All For One observing him. His fixation settled on Koichi, the one O'Clock had blessed, whom he cast as the thief of his dream. Dying, he refused the man's concern and cut a scar into his face so Koichi would carry the memory of the one person he could not save; his last thoughts were of Kazuho's street performance, a song that had genuinely moved him.
Number 6 belonged to the Villain Factory, which remade him almost entirely out of Bomber cells. The result was a gelatinous body he could liquefy and reformat at will, bulked up for strength, tipped with claws, or mutated into shapes far from human, and one that felt next to nothing: he shrugged off a shot through the shoulder and a point-blank detonation that removed an arm.
All For One gave him Overclock, which accelerated his perception until the world appeared to stand still and sped his body to match, at the cost of a ten-second cool-down to avoid brain drain. It let him land eight strikes in an instant, run parallel thought, and accelerate cell growth, feeding his Regeneration and his Bomber parasites alike. Self-Detonation blew apart chosen body parts, Bombify grew explosives across them, and Radio Waves killed power and communications while carrying his commands to the Anonymous through a hive mind.
His record runs from guarding an illegal Trigger shipment, where he dropped a police squad with their own weapons, to a barrage that nearly crushed Octoid's skull, a fist fight with Knuckleduster, and burns taken from Endeavor's Hell Minefield. Transformations widened his range, among them the four-eyed Hi-Crawler, the plasma Lightning Style, and Destruction Style, a colossal fusion with the Anonymous that Endeavor and All Might finally neutralised.
The Naruhata Lockdown ended him. Beaten at last by the man he had spent years trying to eclipse, he used stealth and Overclock one final time to reach Koichi and mark him, and died. Watching that fight, All For One concluded that an ordinary citizen's strength demanded an answer, and conceived the Nomu meant to drive All Might onto his knees.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Number 6 is the main antagonist of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, a Villain Factory product rebuilt almost entirely out of Bomber cells who spent his life obsessed with the dead hero O'Clock.
Number 6 was not a Nomu himself, but a separate Villain Factory creation. Watching him fight, All For One concluded that an ordinary citizen's strength demanded an answer, which is what led him to conceive the actual Nomu program.
Number 6 is depicted as a villain willing to kill indiscriminately, at one point detonating a Bomber against a support tower and risking thousands of lives rather than watch his plans fail. He also carried out petty, vindictive acts, such as shooting police officers with their own confiscated weapons.
Number 6's main Quirk is Overclock, which accelerates his perception and body speed at the cost of a ten second cooldown. He also possesses Self-Detonation, Radio Waves, Super Regeneration, and Bombify.
Number 6 is killed by Koichi Haimawari during the Naruhata Lockdown, the hero he had spent years trying to eclipse and whose face he marked with a scar just before dying.
