Overview
Power is an Emitter Quirk with close range, and two figures are known to carry it: the Nomu known as Hood, and the Pro Hero Pankration. Chapter 187 marks its first appearance, with Episode 88 as its anime debut. The ability builds tremendous raw force inside the body, leaving whoever holds it strong enough to break through reinforced concrete construction.
Mechanics
Sheer strength is the whole of it, delivered with none of the storage or buildup that other enhancement Quirks demand. Hood stacked it alongside the rest of his abilities when he fought Enji Todoroki, overpowering Endeavor and then throwing the hero clean through a high-rise near its upper storeys.
Notable Users
Hood and Pankration are the confirmed holders. Several other Quirks land in similar territory, all of them geared toward raising physical strength: Stress, Brawn Boost, Muscle Augmentation, and Power Stock. The parallel with Muscle Augmentation is the closest in magnitude, though Power achieves the result without enlarging muscle, and Hood, holding both, could draw on either set of benefits. One note on records: various listings credit Izuku Midoriya with a Quirk labelled Super-Power, which is a mislabel, since his actual ability is One For All.
