Overview
Shame is the emitter Quirk wielded by the villain Teruo Hazukashi. It works at close range, debuting in Chapter 186 and later animated in Episode 87.
Mechanics
The ability ties raw power directly to a single emotion. As embarrassment builds inside the user, their strength climbs right alongside it.
Teruo triggers that escalation on purpose. He removes every piece of clothing and exposes himself to bystanders, letting public mortification drive the Quirk toward its peak.
