Overview
Sloshed is the emitter Quirk used by the villain Deidoro Sakaki. Rated close range, it debuted in Chapter 150 and reached the anime in Episode 74.
Mechanics
Anyone who comes near the user loses their sense of balance and slides into a condition resembling drunkenness. Targets caught in it cannot move or act properly.
Some selectivity seems to be in play, since Shin Nemoto stood right beside Deidoro without any visible effect, though a tolerance for losing equilibrium, whether innate or developed over time, could explain that just as easily. Deidoro can also stay out of sight while the effect takes hold, and the drunken haze has been known to hang around even after he is knocked unconscious.
