Overview
Stock is the emitter Quirk wielded by the villain Garvey, with a range listed as variable since the output depends on whatever was taken in. It debuts in Chapter 63 of Vigilantes and appears in Episode 21 of that series' adaptation.
The concept is parasitic by design. Rather than generating power, the Quirk runs entirely on what an enemy commits to throwing, which makes aggression against Garvey a form of resupply.
Mechanics
The core function is absorption paired with delayed release. Garvey takes in attacks, stores them, and lets them loose at a time he selects rather than being forced to counter immediately.
The physical process is grotesque and specific. He has to devour the incoming attack, after which a lump forms on his back holding the captured energy. When he wants it, the lump separates from him and floats forward until it hangs in front of his face, at which point the stored attack comes back out.

Garvey is the only confirmed holder, and the Quirk stays within the Vigilantes continuity.
