Overview
Voyance is the Emitter Quirk carried by the Pro Hero Clair Voyance, introduced in the film World Heroes' Mission as an original creation for that story. It works at long range and is purely perceptual, offering reconnaissance rather than firepower.
Mechanics
Whatever falls inside her field of view can be looked straight through, no matter what it is made of. The one boundary is biological: living organisms resist the effect entirely, so the Quirk reads structures and containers but never people or creatures.
Clair extends her endurance with a simple physical trick. By forming a small opening with her fingers and sighting through it, she shrinks how much she is asking the Quirk to process, and the narrowed window lets the power run considerably longer than it otherwise would.
