Bruno Gollini is a mafioso of the Gollini Family, introduced in the film My Hero Academia: You're Next. His Delay Spot Quirk drops a dome over an area and drags everything caught inside it down to a crawl, bullets included, while he keeps his own pace throughout.
Rings and assorted jewelry crowd his conspicuously hairy hands. He is middle-aged, tall and lean, with a heavy jawline, black eyes and greying hair combed flat. The wardrobe is mob standard: a black suit over a blue tux, grey trousers, a plum ascot at the throat. A rose sits on the tux, the mark the Gollini Family wears generally.
Bruno favors the approach from behind, arriving when nobody is looking for him, as he did while Izuku Midoriya and Giulio Gandini had their attention on Anna Scervino and Ginji Kurau.
Cruelty for its own sake runs through the family and he is no exception. He shoved a defenseless Giulio to the ground inside his own slowed field, and goaded Izuku into coming nearer rather than running. The swagger evaporates the moment Izuku moves faster than the Quirk can hold, leaving Bruno panicking and shouting at the boy to slow down shortly before he goes down himself.
Delay Spot raises a half-sphere of dead time over a chosen area. Everything caught inside grinds nearly to a halt, to the point that bullets creep along, while Bruno himself keeps his ordinary speed within it. He can exempt other objects or people from the effect as well, provided he stays in contact with them.
Anna Scervino's Overmodification Quirk pushed the range far past its usual limit, letting him swallow an entire mansion yard and potentially more. The field is not absolute, though. Anything moving fast enough still lands with full weight if it reaches him, which is how Izuku's Faux 100 Percent put him down.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Bruno Gollini's Quirk is Delay Spot, which raises a dome of dead time over a chosen area so that everything inside, even bullets, grinds nearly to a halt while he keeps moving at his normal speed. He can also exempt other people or objects from the effect as long as he stays in contact with them.

Bruno Gollini fights as close-range support, using Delay Spot to slow an area to a crawl while he and anyone he keeps in contact with move freely inside it. He favors striking from behind when nobody is watching for him.
