Europe's largest crime organization and the villains of My Hero Academia: You're Next. Under Valdo Gollini, who murdered his own father for the seat and then remade his face into All Might's, the family kidnapped a girl whose Quirk amplifies others and sailed a flying fortress into a ruined Japan.
The Gollini Family is a mafia crime organization under Valdo Gollini, and it supplies the principal antagonists of My Hero Academia: You're Next. Centered in Europe and established well before All Might ever debuted, it is the largest known criminal outfit on the continent.
Heroes far outside its territory kept files on it. Both Hawks and All Might recognized the family on sight from their profiles, and Hawks judged the heroes to be in serious trouble the moment it turned up in Japan. Presentation follows mafia convention: tuxedos, tailcoats, dresses, sharp tailoring, jewelry and gold. The distinguishing mark is a red rose worn on the clothing, which blooms into life when a member's Quirk is enhanced.
Details of the organization's early years are thin, though its first head reportedly prized honor and values over raw power. That cost him his life. Valdo, feeling slighted by his father's ideals, gunned him down in his own office and took control. Under Valdo the family grew notorious across its region, seizing territory and power while the heroes failed to touch it.
All Might's retirement turned Valdo's fixation on him into something else entirely. He resolved to take the retired hero's place himself, using his Alchemy Quirk to reshape his appearance into a copy, and studied his idol exhaustively. That research turned up Overmodification, a Quirk capable of enhancing other Quirks to an immense degree, which led to the assault on the Scervino Household and the abduction of its user, Anna Scervino. Only certain compatible people gain anything from Overmodification, while everyone else suffers a negative reaction on contact. Testing for it culled an organization of twenty thousand down to eight core figures and a handful of subordinates.
The family then sailed for a devastated Japan intending to establish itself there. Anna, en route, talked Ginji Kurau, a Tartarus escapee and one of the rare compatible individuals, into cutting her loose, offering a boost to his Quirk as payment. Her freedom was brief. When Class 1-A arrived to stop Ginji, joined by Deku and Giulio Gandini, the family recaptured her, and Valdo declared to the world that he was All Might's successor and the next Symbol of Peace, taking the identity later called Dark Might. Insulted by Deku, he had Anna modify his Alchemy and transmuted the entire sector into the Symbol of Paradise, an immense ship, taking heroes and citizens prisoner as specimens for Overmodification.
Resources ran deep: a private yacht converted into a flying airship, then the fortress itself, whose layout and environment Dark Might rewrote at will. Artificial monsters, first Simon's Monster Summon creations and later Dark Might's own, served as muscle, punishing members who failed and keeping the student heroes busy. Lower-ranking members leaned on firearms. The eight boosted Quirks were genuinely troublesome, enough to incapacitate highly trained U.A. students, though the students proved able to outsmart and overpower them. Dark Might was the real threat, throwing fists and projectiles made of glowing kinetic energy and forcing Anna to boost him repeatedly until his strength matched All Might in his prime. When Overmodification was pushed past Anna's control, he mutated into a gigantic monster that took Deku, Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight, and Shoto going all out to bring down. The family fell one member at a time, and the finish came from Deku's One For All combined with Giulio's modified Neutralization, which shut Overmodification off permanently. Whether the remaining Gollinis died with the fortress or were arrested has never been established.
Valdo Gollini, as Dark Might, heads the family, having taken the seat from his father, whose design resembles Vito Corleone. Seven close followers make up the rest of the group compatible with Overmodification, and each maps onto one of the Seven Deadly Sins. Paulo, sloth, uses Erasure Spot passively and leaves the work to his minions; Deborah, lust, traps victims inside their deepest desires with Day Dream; Simon, greed, builds a video game style dungeon full of his monsters; Bruno, pride, disables people with Delay Spot; Ugo, envy, is the runt of the group and depends on Gil for teleportation; Gil, wrath, is the biggest and most brutish of them; and Kamile, gluttony, enjoys tea and pie while everyone else fights Class 1-A.
The name misleads, since crime families are usually named for the territory they control rather than any blood tie. Paulo has run with local gangs since he was seven and Paulo is only a codename, his real one unknown. Ugo's villain file gives him a mother who worked as a prostitute and a father who dealt drugs, and Deborah's records her as an eldest daughter. The Italian origin is never stated outright but sits everywhere in the names, the mafia theming, Dark Might's Bologna Smash and Torino Smash, and his "Bravissimo!" The Alchemy Quirk, the seven sin-themed followers, and an opponent with a mechanical arm and leg all point at Fullmetal Alchemist, animated by Bones, the same studio behind My Hero Academia.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The Gollini Family's fate is left unresolved. Whether the surviving members died when Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto brought down the fortress called the Symbol of Paradise, or were arrested afterward, is never established in My Hero Academia: You're Next.
Valdo Gollini's nationality is never stated outright, but the Gollini Family's Italian origin is implied throughout, through its members' names, the mafia styling, and Dark Might's attack names like Bologna Smash and Torino Smash.
Paulo Gollini, who represents sloth among the Gollini Family's seven core members, has the Quirk Erasure Spot, which he tends to use passively while leaving the fighting to his minions.
Valdo Gollini leads the Gollini Family after killing his own father to take control, and later used his Alchemy Quirk to remake his face into a copy of All Might's under the identity Dark Might.
Overmodification is the Quirk belonging to Anna Scervino, capable of massively boosting other Quirks. The Gollini Family kidnapped her to enhance its own members, though only certain compatible people benefit while everyone else suffers a negative reaction.
