Chubs

From the thighs down Chubs runs on robotic thrusters rather than legs. The body above them is round and distended, his hands fused with mouths complete with teeth and tongues, and further mouths open across his torso whenever that Quirk is active. Vertebrae poke through the skin of his back, and a strange metal grid grafted over his skull conceals the brain underneath.

Whoever he had been, the man was a glutton, and it shows in how little he moves compared to the other High-Ends. What he lacks in mobility he makes up for in appetite, both for following orders and for a straight fight, which he prefers to anything clever.

There is real cognition in him, too. He knew to go after Crust the moment the hero arrived, and he recognized exactly who he was dealing with.

Overall Abilities: Like every Nomu he hit respectably hard, though bulk was his real contribution. Doctor Garaki picked him out with care for conversion and kept him in the laboratory beneath Jaku General Hospital.

When Mirko smashed her way in, killing Johnny in the process and stranding Garaki before he could warp himself and Tomura Shigaraki clear, the doctor released five High-Ends to buy time. The others went at Mirko and guarded Garaki; Chubs spotted Crust coming and moved to intercept, to the hero's surprise. He then swelled up and corked the passage to the lab with himself. Crust tore into him with Shield and other heroes piled on, and he simply absorbed all of it, until Eraser Head arrived and shut his Quirks off with Erasure, at which point he was blown backward and the way in opened. The heroes who followed overwhelmed him, and Tomura's Decay finished him off together with every other High-End.

Physical Powers: His metal teeth chewed through one of Crust's larger shields, the kind built to shelter fellow heroes and stop Nomu from advancing. His body worked as a damage sponge, soaking up attacks from heroes as highly ranked as the No. 6 without much complaint. He spoke as well, with a slight stutter, and used his expansion cleverly enough to seal that corridor single-handed, keeping reinforcements away from the other High-Ends' attempt to execute Mirko and from Garaki's attempt to wake Tomura, wearing down everyone who tried to force a way past.

Quirks: Super Regeneration, standard issue for a High-End, healed whatever was done to him. An unnamed expansion Quirk inflated his body to absorb more punishment and to block routes. A second unnamed Quirk lined him with ridges of teeth and gums to bite with, and a third turned those teeth to metal, giving his jaws the strength to shatter Crust's shields.
