Enduring his operation, Tomura casts back to how he arrived here. Kurogiri had spoken of something All For One set aside and left waiting, and in October the League went and found it: Gigantomachia, who rampages while wailing to his Master about how feeble Tomura is. A radio delivers the voice of All For One's doctor, who explains that the giant once served as bodyguard and that his freakish stamina lets him carry many Quirks without any modification, and that he was hidden away once All For One expected defeat at All Might's hands. Dabi's flames wash over him without effect; a recording of All For One's voice stops him instantly and leaves him cradling the radio. When Tomura rejects the gift, black ooze swallows the League and deposits them in an underground laboratory lined with tanks of enormous Nomu.

Their host calls them High-Ends and introduces himself under an admitted alias, Daruma Ujiko. Everything he has built, he says, was for All For One, and he has been feeding Tomura scraps to see whether he merits anything more. Tomura answers with memory. He recalls himself as a small boy alone in an alley, gathered up by a man who dismissed everyone who walked past him. In a quiet room he was told he had a Master, and then handed his family's hands, all that remained after he killed them. All For One declined to tinker with the resulting hatred, preferring to aim it. In the present, Tomura says the hands make him sick and calm at once, and that since nothing fills the hollow and nothing stops the anger, he intends to destroy everything rather than rule any part of it. Daruma laughs, agrees to back him, and sets a price: bring Gigantomachia to heel. Himiko asks whether the things she loves burn too, and is told there is room for what his comrades want.

Dabi begs off, claiming a promising new ally, though he agrees to help test a High-End. Johnny warps the rest back to the ruins. By December the League has been fighting the giant for a month and a half. Spinner records the rhythm: over forty-eight hours of assault, roughly three hours of sleep, then more, with Tomura the only real target and the rest rotating out to rest. Himiko buys a duffel coat and cheerfully tells Spinner she stays because she loves Stain, Izuku, and Ochaco, and loves becoming who she loves. Then a call arrives on Giran's line, and the voice is not Giran's. Severed fingers have been left at five sites the League has visited. The speaker is Re-Destro, who leads the Meta Liberation Army, holds Giran hostage, has recovered his deleted client list, claims a hundred and ten thousand warriors, and has already found them by satellite. He gives them an hour to reach Deika City and a choice of who kills them. Tomura removes Twice's mask, then puts it back, and reveals the plan: lure the tireless giant into the army and let them exhaust each other.

The League of Villains encounters Gigantomachia, the inheritance All For One set aside for Tomura, and learns from Kyudai Garaki that his Endurance Quirk allows him to bear multiple Quirks without modification. Garaki, operating under the alias Daruma Ujiko, reveals his laboratory and the High-End Nomu he is developing.

Tomura's origin is shown: taken in by All For One as a small child, given his murdered family's hands, and deliberately left unmodified so his hatred would fester and could be directed. He declares his intent to destroy everything, and Garaki agrees to support him fully on the condition that the League subdues Gigantomachia.

Re-Destro contacts the League through Giran's phone, revealing that the Meta Liberation Army holds Giran hostage, has restored his client list, numbers over 110,000, and has pinpointed the League's location by satellite. He summons them to Deika City with one hour on the clock. Tomura's counter-plan is to draw Gigantomachia into the army and let the two forces wear each other down.

Adapted from portions of five chapters, broadcast in Japan on August 21, 2021, and dubbed on September 4. The episode returns to the Meta Liberation Army Arc, with Merry-Go-Round and Believe as the themes.

Several openings are removed. The League's clash with the Creature Rejection Clan and the scenes in their run-down hideout are cut, with the episode beginning at Gigantomachia's arrival. Episode 126 picks that material up later. The confrontation with the giant is shortened by skipping his initial subduing of the group, and Gigantomachia wears pants here well before the source gives him any.

Other trims include Ujiko ordering Mr. Compress and the rest to keep away from him, Spinner's chapter-ending narration, the images of ordinary lives that accompany Tomura's declaration, Spinner's realization that Tomura is hollow too, and Gigantomachia's line about a king inspiring dread. The news broadcast does not show Giran's severed fingers directly, and Spinner's Gecko Quirk is revealed earlier than in the source.
