Cow Lady

Thick horns curl outward from either side of her head, paired with the long, tapered ears of cattle. She stands tall, and wavy blonde hair stops at her shoulders.

Her hero costume is cowgirl through and through. A dark orange cropped top laces and ties at the bottom hem, worn under a sleeveless denim jacket held by a short rope at the neck. Denim shorts, ripped along the hem, sit on a western belt whose buckle is a large cow's head. Leather gloves and knee-high boots cover her hands and legs, two tasselled rings circle her upper arms, a cowboy hat hangs on its cord behind her, and orange-tinted shades round it off.

Duty defines her. She presents as a hero committed to stopping villains and clearly trusts her own capability, carrying herself with real confidence in the field.

That confidence does not curdle into ego. When a situation calls for it she will work alongside other heroes rather than insist on handling things alone.

Her first appearance comes during All Might's period of study abroad in America. Two villains rob a casino in Los Angeles, California, and Cow Lady joins Elecplant among the first responders. The skirmish is brief and the pair escape them. From the sidelines the two heroes then watch All Might take the fight and win it, and David Shield fills them in on who he is.

She resurfaces in the Epilogue Arc as one of several American heroes dispatched to assist Japan's reconstruction. Her Quirk, Cow, transforms her into a minotaur-like creature and drives her strength up dramatically, and it is in that transformed state that she is shown hoisting a large pole while others move in to prop it upright.
