Daigoro Banjo, the Pro Hero Lariat, is the fifth holder of One For All and the loudest voice in the vestige realm. Blackwhip was his, and he was proud of it. He died refusing to let All For One take the power he carried, and he still finds the energy to lecture Izuku Midoriya about focus.
Build was the point with Daigoro: wide, heavily muscled, with a square jaw and no eyebrows to speak of. His eyes were small and a dull blue, and he kept his head bald and his beard clipped very short.
He worked in dark leather. The jacket carried yellow shoulder pads and hung open over a bare chest, since he wore nothing beneath it, and he finished the look with a bandolier and a pair of ornate golden goggles.
Among One For All's holders, most of whom keep to themselves, Daigoro is the outlier: loud, energetic, described as super funky. He called Blackwhip top grade and meant it, ribbed his predecessor Hikage Shinomori for living like a hermit, and served as the senior colleague of En, who took the power after him. That he twice refused to let All For One strip One For All out of him says the rest.
The full measure of his career went unrecorded, but a One For All bearer working as a Pro Hero is a formidable combination, and the vestige realm treats him as one. He was not, in the end, enough to survive All For One. Carrying the power at all demanded serious muscle, since a body without it can be torn apart by what One For All delivers, and his resistance to having the Quirk stolen points to extraordinary will.
Blackwhip let him fling black energy out of his arms in long tendrils, ideal for grappling and for hauling himself around a battlefield. One For All, handed down from Hikage, stacked an enormous stockpile of raw power on top of that, pushing his strength, speed, agility and durability well past human limits.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Daigoro Banjo's own Quirk is Blackwhip, which lets him fling black energy from his arms in long tendrils for grappling and mobility. As the fifth user of One For All, he also carried that power's enormous stockpile of raw strength, speed, agility and durability.
Daigoro Banjo received One For All from Hikage Shinomori, the fourth user of the power, before later passing it down to En.
Daigoro Banjo passes One For All to En, whom the vestige realm identifies as his junior colleague and successor.
Daigoro Banjo dies refusing to let All For One strip One For All from him, resisting the theft of the power he carried as its fifth user.
Daigoro Banjo is loud and energetic compared to most One For All holders, described as super funky, and he playfully teased his predecessor Hikage Shinomori for living like a hermit.
