Appearance
Thick black spikes run in rows along the back of Dragon's head, and his face tapers into a lizard's snout set with sharp teeth. He is muscular, and what he wears is plain: a purple tank top, black bands around his arms, blue headphones.
Personality
Nothing is recorded about the way he thinks or behaves. He speaks no lines and takes no independent action across his single appearance, remaining one anonymous body in a hired crowd.
History
He was among the seventy or so low-ranking villains Tomura Shigaraki assembled for the League of Villains' raid on the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, which makes him a minor antagonist of that arc. Assigned to the Landslide Zone, he never got started. Shoto Todoroki was dropped into the same area and froze him in place at once, and when the police arrived Dragon was taken in with the bulk of the horde. He remains imprisoned.
What his Quirk actually does goes unrecorded, since he was stopped before using it, and his draconic build is the only hint available. He is a separate matter from the Quirk that shares his name.
