History

His earliest appearance comes during All Might's student years overseas. Two villains hit a casino in Los Angeles, and Elecplant answers the call alongside Cow Lady, but the pair slip away after a brief exchange. He ends up watching from the edges as All Might closes the case, and hears about the newcomer from David Shield.

Years later, Flect Turn detonates a Trigger Bomb in a major city, and the death toll pushes the World Heroes Association to assemble an anti-terror task force from the top heroes worldwide. Elecplant works New York City on the America Task Force beside international heroes such as Hawks and Shishido. The raid succeeds on paper and fails where it counts: no Trigger Bombs, no senior cult figures, and the same story from every other team around the globe. Days on, Flect Turn seizes every communications network to announce bombs planted across twenty-five countries and a two-hour clock. New York tips into panic, the heroes push out sector by sector, and the search turns into open warfare against the sleeper agents guarding the devices. They fight to the last second of the countdown, and nothing goes off, which tells them the primary devices were disarmed elsewhere just in time.

During the Final War he follows the live coverage from America, then joins the mass deployment of American heroes to Japan for the closing fight against Tomura Shigaraki. A week after the war ends, he is seen rebuilding across the country beside Setsuna Tokage and other students of the U.A. Hero Course. His Quirk, Electricity Generation, throws bolts of electricity from his body, with his costume shaping the discharge. Volume Origin places his usual base of operations in England.
