Emi Fukukado, the Smile Hero: Ms. Joke, is a Pro Hero who teaches Class 2 of the second year at Ketsubutsu Academy High School. Her Quirk drops opponents into helpless laughter, and her favorite target for teasing is the least amused man in the profession, Shota Aizawa.
What lands first is the smile, permanent and delighted, on a young woman built strong enough that her arms are visibly muscular. Seafoam-green hair falls a little past her shoulders, and the short fringe that splays out at the ends usually disappears under her bandanna. Bright pupils sit in dark green eyes.
Her hero costume opens with a sleeveless navy shirt whose high collar is fastened right up to her chin, worn with puffed shorts striped in green and orange. Over that goes a corset studded with yellow smiley-face pins, cut in a shallow curve down the middle, and beneath it a white belt shaped into a V. Padded yellow gloves plate her knuckles in gold and feed into orange-striped tubes running down her forearms to heavy metal wrist-guards. An orange bandana completes it, and she sometimes adds a white hygiene mask, a round smiley-face bump sitting on each side of it.
Ms. Joke is relentlessly upbeat and sociable, with a goofy and frankly obnoxious sense of humor she never bothers to switch off. Any opening to get a laugh is an opening she takes. Flirting with Shota Aizawa embarrasses her not at all, and she keeps hammering at his frosty exterior hoping to drag out a smile, entertained rather than discouraged by how stoic he stays. That mischief carries straight into her hero work, where laughter is the thing she attacks with.
The clowning reads as unprofessional and misleads accordingly, since she takes teaching and hero work seriously, and her running commentary with Shota through the license exam shows how thoroughly she understands heroics. Her students matter enormously to her, and she believes in what they can do. To her mind, Shota's failure to warn his own class about the exam's traditions proves he lacks that bond, and she bristles at the idea that his students rank above hers, since every kid in the room dreams of greatness. U.A. itself strikes her as faintly distasteful, a school too pleased with its own prestige.
Overall Abilities: Ms. Joke has built a name as a Pro Hero who neutralizes opponents in the most ridiculous ways available, and she passes that craft down to the next generation at Ketsubutsu Academy.
Hand to Hand Combatant: Izuku Midoriya reads her approach as a two-step sequence, disabling an enemy with her Quirk and finishing the job with her hands, which points to solid skill in close quarters.
Quirk: Outburst: Anyone she targets is forced into laughter they cannot stop. With their thinking scrambled by it, she takes them down at her leisure. Her Laugh Mask, a grey mask marked with happy faces on the cheeks, keeps the Quirk switched off around the public.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
