Appearance
Two additional pairs of arms grew from his back, courtesy of his Quirk. Otherwise he cut an ordinary figure, of average height though thickly muscled, with brown hair kept short and small round spectacles. He dressed simply in a grey tank top and green trousers.

Nothing about his conduct suggested restraint. Anyone who stood in his way, shop staff included, could expect threats and worse, and he was fully prepared to kill.

History
Some earlier offense, never specified, had already put Iyaro behind bars. Once released he began robbing and killing, keeping it up for roughly two months before the authorities formally classed him as a villain and sent heroes out to find him. They never did. Stendhal found him first, killed him, and dumped the body in an alley.
His unnamed Quirk did nothing more than sprout the two extra sets of arms from his back, an effect resembling both Dupli-Arms and Quad Arms. He holds the distinction of being the first character created specifically for the Vigilantes anime.
