Johnny was a pocket-sized Nomu kept in Kyudai Garaki's hidden laboratory, half a body trailing a cable, wearing shoes on his arms. Daruma used him as a door: a mouthful of black ooze, and someone was somewhere else entirely.
The Nomu template was all present, dark skin, round eyes, a brain left open to the air, only shrunk down. Below the torso there was nothing at all, just a cable running out from underneath him. Pale lace-up shoes went on his upper limbs, and a clear helmet sat on his head bristling with mechanisms, one of which fired his Quirk by hand.
Almost nothing about him ever surfaced. He did appear to enjoy being taken on walks.
Warping made a target bring up a black ooze from the mouth, which then wrapped them and became the mouth of a portal. Every trip began or ended wherever Johnny happened to be, and he needed a familiar face waiting at the far end to serve as an anchor. Leaning on the power too hard gave him tonsillitis. The helmet device let Daruma operate the Quirk for him.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Johnny is a small Nomu kept in Kyudai Garaki's hidden laboratory in My Hero Academia. He has no lower body, only a cable trailing from his torso, and his Warping Quirk was used to open portals for the League of Villains and its allies.
The character's name is officially spelled Johnny in English releases, romanized from the Japanese katakana for Jon.
Johnny looks like a shrunken version of a standard Nomu, with dark skin, round eyes, an exposed brain, and no body below the torso. He wears pale lace-up shoes on his upper limbs and a clear, mechanism-covered helmet on his head.
Johnny's Quirk is called Warping. It forces a target to bring up black ooze from their mouth that becomes a portal, with every trip beginning or ending wherever Johnny is located.
Because Johnny could not always be relied on to trigger his own power, Daruma operated his Warping Quirk for him using a device built into Johnny's helmet.
