Komako Masu

Rounded glasses frame Komako's large eyes. Her dark green hair is cut short and pushed back, apart from one small strand that falls loose at the front. She reads as short for her age, and every appearance so far has her in the U.A. gym uniform.

Little has been established about her beyond what the business course implies. She aims her energy at the commercial dimension of heroics, weighing how marketable a hero might be, an instinct she trained on Izuku while the U.A. Sports Festival played out. Official material calls her the life of the party, a moodmaker with nerves of steel.

Komako first appears in the U.A. Sports Festival Arc, watching the first-year competition with an eye on the business potential of the students on display.

She resurfaces during the Final War Arc alongside the rest of the management students, who share her goal of recording the hero battles so the public can see how and why victory was won. She appears to regret not starting that work sooner, back when Japan laid all of its blame on Endeavor. Depictions of her have shifted across the anime: Season 2 presented her as male, while Season 7 shows her as female, and she appears less often than Ronaudo or Futo.
