Onemu Shinya draws a paycheck as one of the sidekicks under Ingenium, filling out the ranks of Team Idaten in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes. Ram horns, a permanently drowsy expression, and a cheongsam-styled costume make her easy to pick out of a crowd scene, though the story never settles what her Quirk does.
Ram horns rise from the top of her skull, set against blonde hair worn short with a faint wave through it. Her eyes carry a permanent half-lidded heaviness, as though she has just been woken from a nap.
For hero work she wears a cheongsam cut down to a mini dress. The sleeves flare outward into long funnels that swallow her hands completely, and she finishes the look with a domino mask and heels. Those horns are pure costume rather than a mutation, part of a sheep motif her original designer built into the concept from the beginning.
The series volunteers almost nothing about her beyond the constant sleepiness, which is treated more as a visual gag than a trait. What context exists comes from outside the story, in the fan submission she originated from.
That concept sketch imagined a hero who works by charm rather than force: opponents drift close because she looks harmless, and then they go under. The same notes flag that she has no stamina for a straight fight. Her name reads as a phrase about staying up late, which fits both the drowsiness and the sheep theme, and the Quirk described in the submission, a yawn that puts anyone inside five meters to sleep for a stretch, never made it onto the page.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
She first turns up in the crowd of sidekicks standing behind Ingenium as he walks Koichi Haimawari through how his agency operates, during the hunt for the Bat Villain. When the target proves to have wings and slips the trap Team Idaten laid for him, she is sent out with the rest of the pursuit and gets shaken off along with several colleagues. The Naruhata Vigilantes are the ones who bring him down, trussing him up and passing him along, and Onemu is among the sidekicks who collect the prisoner.
Later, Kuin Hachisuka doses a Quirked cat with Trigger and the resulting creature fuses with a bus full of passengers. Team Idaten responds, and Onemu is put to work steadying the people Enigma pulls clear of the wreck. Months on, Tensei brings his entire roster along to Captain Celebrity's farewell event at the Tokyo Sky Egg. Once Bombers hit the venue, he splits the team between fighting and keeping the audience from panicking, and she lands in the second group.
Years pass before her final appearance. Number 6's scheming leaves Kazuho Haneyama hospitalized as the Queen Bee's new host and the police station in ruins, and Naomasa Tsukauchi secures a warrant for The Crawler despite knowing he did not cause it. Team Idaten deploys, Ingenium runs Koichi down on the highway, and the sidekicks already stationed through Naruhata's back alleys, Onemu among them, converge to box him in. He escapes by blasting straight up into the sky. Nothing about her own abilities is ever established.
Onemu Shinya is a sidekick hero working under Ingenium as part of Team Idaten in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, recognizable by her ram horns and permanently sleepy expression.
Onemu Shinya has short blonde hair with ram horns rising from her head, a heavy-lidded, drowsy gaze, and a hero costume styled like a cheongsam mini dress with oversized funnel sleeves, a domino mask, and heels.
Onemu Shinya's Quirk is never established in the story. A fan submission that inspired her design described an unused ability, a yawn that puts anyone within five meters to sleep, but it was never confirmed on the page.
Onemu Shinya is a sidekick on Team Idaten, the squad led by the Pro Hero Ingenium, and she appears in operations including the hunt for the Bat Villain and the response to a Trigger-fused bus.
Onemu Shinya originated as a fan submission to an official hero design contest by a creator credited as YY_hatena, built around a sheep motif that explains her ram horns and her name.
