Robot

The humanoid shape is standard for a Nomu, but machinery is grafted throughout Robot's body and his legs read as mechanical. What sets him apart from every other Nomu is his head: rather than the usual exposed brain, a robotic helmet seals the whole thing away. The armor exists for a reason, since his brain is only loosely attached.

Little of him surfaces beyond obedience to Kyudai's instructions. His Quirks all work at range, so he keeps his distance and strikes from afar instead of closing in.

Before Garaki reworked him, Robot was a villain with a taste for fighting, which is precisely why the Doctor picked him for conversion. As a High-End he stands far above an ordinary Nomu, enough to trade blows with a top-ranked Pro Hero and take an arm off her with a Quirk alone. He carries three: Super Regeneration, shared by every High-End though he died before it was ever seen; an unnamed power that twists a small patch of space from a distance into a miniature black hole; and an unnamed power that fires lasers from his eyes.

He entered the fight when the hero raid cornered Garaki mid-escape. The Doctor had meant to use Johnny's warping to spirit himself and Tomura Shigaraki away, but Mirko crashed into the laboratory and killed Johnny by accident, so Garaki cut loose five High-Ends, Robot among them, to buy time. Robot wrenched Mirko's left arm off from a distance while the others kept her busy, yet sheer will carried her through the destroyed forearm and she eventually slipped past the rest to lock his head between her legs. He was preparing to fire his eye beams when she executed Luna Tijeras, twisting until his head came free and smashing it into the ground.
