A long, curving nose under a heavy gray moustache dominates what can be seen of him, since a black fedora and dark shades cover most of the rest, leaving only gray sideburns showing at the edges. Age has left him small, with arms that hang long over short legs.

He dresses the way the family dresses: tailored black, a jacket, a gray bow tie, and the family rose pinned at his lapel like a corsage.

The frail exterior is misleading. He is loud, rude, and full of energy, and he spent his fight with Shoto Todoroki and Katsuki Bakugo cracking jokes at every attack of theirs that missed, going so far as to slap his own backside at them.

Toying with opponents delights him the way it delights the rest of his relatives, but he can drop the game instantly when the job demands it, as he did when he hurled Giulio Gandini into a building without a word of banter first.

Telekinesis lets him move any inanimate object at will, with output high enough to bring down buildings and split ice apart. Anna Scervino's Overmodification raises his capacity rather than his ceiling on force, sharply increasing how many objects he can command at one time.

Setting aside Kyudai Garaki and All For One, both of whom stretched their years with Life Force, he is the oldest villain the series has shown. At 72 centimeters he is also its shortest character, standing shorter than nearly every child it depicts.
