Hero Office

A Hero Office, equally known as a Hero Agency, is simply a firm that puts heroes on its payroll. The concept enters the manga in Chapter 12 by way of Ingenium's office, Team Idaten, and reaches the anime in Episode 27 with the Genius Office.

Most professionals work out of one, and the office typically doubles as the base from which its owner operates. Decor and branding tend to follow that hero's personal theme.

Staffing generally consists of Sidekicks employed by the hero who owns the place. Agencies also take on pupils from hero courses through internships, the intent being hands-on experience that a classroom cannot supply.

A student's standing changes once a Provisional Hero License is in hand. From that point they may engage in genuine hero work on the front line, and they are handled as sidekicks in their own right.

Prominent agencies seen in the series include the Endeavor Agency, the Fat Gum Agency, the Fourth Kind Agency, the Genius Office, Hawks' Agency, Might Tower, Mt. Agency, the Nighteye Agency, the Purple Revolution Agency, the Pussycats Agency, the Ryukyu Agency, the Captain Celebrity Corporation HQ, and Team Idaten. Also shown are the Naniwa Hero Office, the personal offices belonging to Earphone Jack and Chargebolt, and the hero office on Nabu Island.
