A once-powerful lineage reduced to scattered branches by its own refusal to marry Quirk users. The Himura Family sold Rei Himura into a Quirk marriage with Endeavor, and the ice running through its blood surfaces in the Todoroki children and in Geten.
The Himura Family is a scattered lineage that used to carry genuine prestige. Its people started out as village leaders and kept their grip through the agricultural revolution by spinning off branch houses. Meta Abilities ended that run. Taking a Meta Ability user as a spouse, a heteromorph above all, counted as contaminating the bloodline, so the house turned inward and paired remote cousins out of its own branches while wealth and influence quietly drained off. The heads tried to stem the slide by selling children into marriages, and the surviving branches ended up scattered.
Only two principal members appear across the series, yet an inherited pull toward ice runs visibly through the line. Each child Rei Himura bore came out with frost somewhere in their power. Fuyumi and Natsuo took her Frost Quirk directly, the chilled half of Shoto's Half-Cold Half-Hot descends from her side, and Dabi's Blueflame threw off ice for a moment when he was close to death.
Rei's parents arranged a Quirk Marriage between their daughter and Enji Todoroki, the Flame Hero Endeavor. She could have refused. She consented anyway, because the match would rescue a household in trouble. Her father's real interest lay in the money and the standing: he held forth on how far back the Himura name reached, and framed a bride from the house as no more than a hero of Endeavor's rank deserved.
For a transaction, the marriage opened well. Enji respected his wife sincerely, Rei told herself that a smile kept up long enough would settle things, and the pair decided to have children. What pulled them apart was Enji's fixation on overtaking All Might and the conduct that came with it. His abuse eventually put Rei into psychiatric care at Fujitani Hospital, where she remained for years.
Geten, penned in a cell beside Mr. Compress during the Final War, let slip that the Himuras were his own people, and spelled out how the house pushed its children toward far-flung relatives. Compress read the implication back at him, remarking on how thickly the blood must run in such a house, and wondered what Spinner might make of a snobbish clan that despises heteromorphs. Geten's answer was that Quirks strengthen and change across generations, fresh powers sleeping unused inside people, while the human heart stubbornly refuses to evolve alongside them.
Two members are known. Rei Todoroki, born Rei Himura, is the daughter married off to Endeavor and the mother of the Todoroki children. Geten, the ice user, revealed his Himura descent while imprisoned during the Final War.
Pairing off relatives recalls the way aristocracies matched cousins to guard racial purity and hold wealth in place, a habit that carried the consequences of inbreeding and the stigma attached to them.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Yes. Geten revealed during the Final War that he descends from the Himura Family, the same lineage as Rei Todoroki, making him distantly related to the Todoroki children through her side.
Yes. Rei Todoroki was born Rei Himura, and her parents arranged her Quirk Marriage to Enji Todoroki, the Flame Hero Endeavor.
The Himura Family arranged Rei Himura's Quirk Marriage to Endeavor because her father valued the money and status it would bring, believing a bride from his lineage was worthy of a hero of Endeavor's rank.
The Himura Family's status declined because it refused to marry Meta Ability users, particularly heteromorphs, and instead paired remote cousins from its own branches together, which drained its wealth and influence over generations.
An inherited pull toward ice runs through the Himura bloodline. Rei Himura's children Fuyumi and Natsuo inherited her Frost Quirk directly, the cold half of Shoto's Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk traces to her side, and Dabi's Blueflame briefly produced ice when he was near death.
