The Nighteye Agency was built around a single obsession: stopping a death its founder had already seen. Sir Nighteye left All Might's side over that prophecy, opened his own office, and turned it into the investigative engine that exposed Overhaul and the Shie Hassaikai.
Sir Nighteye, born Mirai Sasaki, ran this five-story hero office after splitting from All Might, whose sidekick he once was. Two sidekicks worked under him alongside two U.A. students on work studies. The agency debuts in Chapter 126 and Episode 63.
His personal office says everything about the man. Posters of All Might cover the walls, a laptop sits on his desk, and a tall bookshelf lines one side. A large meeting room takes up the second floor, and the roof sees use as well. After his death, Centipeder took charge of the place.
The split came after All Might's brutal first war with All For One. Nighteye, reading ahead with Foresight, saw his partner dying horribly at a villain's hands within six or seven years and begged him to name a successor and retire. All Might refused, arguing crime would surge in his absence, so the partnership ended. Nighteye opened his own office anyway, hired Bubble Girl and Centipeder, and stocked the walls with merchandise of the man he still admired. The whole enterprise existed to break that prediction.
He also went hunting for the next holder of One For All and settled on Mirio Togata. Toshinori had already picked a Quirkless boy instead, a choice Nighteye rejected outright, so he trained Mirio himself into one of U.A.'s strongest students and a genuine contender for the top ranking.
The agency's defining case began with a strange incident linking Overhaul to a gang of thieves. Police wrote it off as an accident; Nighteye's people did not. Centipeder dug up the yakuza's contacts with villain groups and black markets nationwide, all aimed at growing the organization and its finances. Around the same time the Shie Hassaikai reached out to the League of Villains. Nighteye brought Izuku Midoriya in on a work study, partly to test whether the boy deserved One For All at all.
The investigation revealed the worst of it. Overhaul could manufacture a drug that erased Quirks permanently, and the source was a child named Eri. Nighteye assembled heroes for a briefing and led a joint raid with police on the compound. The yakuza resisted fiercely and were taken, Izuku pulled Eri out after beating Overhaul, but Mirio lost his Quirk to one of the bullets and Nighteye died in the fighting. The League still walked off with the bullets and the serum.
October brought his funeral, attended by the work-study students, their guardians, and All Might. Centipeder inherited the office and told Mirio, alongside Bubble Girl, that the door stayed open. Work studies were suspended for a time. When they resumed, Izuku called asking to return, but paperwork had buried the agency, so he accepted Shoto's invitation to Endeavor's office instead.
Mirai Sasaki, the Pro Hero Sir Nighteye, founded the agency and died during the Shie Hassaikai raid. Juzo Moashi, known as Centipeder, worked as his sidekick and inherited the office afterward. Kaoruko Awata, hero name Bubble Girl, is the other sidekick.
Mirio Togata and Izuku Midoriya both trained here as U.A. work-study students, Mirio under Nighteye's personal grooming and Izuku under his scrutiny.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Sir Nighteye's hero office is called the Nighteye Agency, a five-story building he opened, first appearing in Chapter 126 and Episode 63 after he split from All Might.
Yes, Izuku Midoriya joins the Nighteye Agency as a U.A. work-study student, partly so Sir Nighteye can judge whether Izuku truly deserves to inherit One For All.
Sir Nighteye died during the Nighteye Agency's raid on the Shie Hassaikai compound, killed in the fighting while helping Izuku Midoriya rescue Eri and expose Overhaul's Quirk-erasing drug.
Sir Nighteye split from All Might and founded his own agency after using his Foresight Quirk to see All Might dying in a future battle with a villain, a prediction All Might refused to act on by naming a successor.
Juzo Moashi, known as Centipeder and formerly Sir Nighteye's sidekick, inherited control of the Nighteye Agency after his mentor's death.
