Overview

The Taser Knuckle is an electrified weapon belonging to Iwao Oguro, the vigilante called Knuckleduster. It was made with a single opponent in mind, Kuin Hachisuka, and it reached his hands through the broker Kagero Okuta, known in the trade as Giran. The weapon debuts in Chapter 22 and Episode 11 of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes.

Function

Nothing prevents the weapon from being swung as an ordinary pair of brass knuckles, but the electricity is the point. A shock delivered by grazing an arm or a leg is enough to freeze a target where they stand, and a blow that lands squarely on the chest can stop the heart outright.

An automated external defibrillator is folded into the same casing. Both functions run off electric batteries, so the weapon reverses its purpose easily enough: run its wires to a person's chest and the Taser Knuckle revives them rather than fells them.

Notable Users

Knuckleduster carries it as his own. Soga Kugisaki takes it up later in the series. Giran supplied the weapon.
