Summary

In the U.A. nurse's office, All Might cannot reach either Thirteen or Shota and settles on heading to the U.S.J. shortly. Principal Nezu turns up and tells him to sit tight, then eases into a discussion of educational theory, leaving All Might to note the man has not changed at all.

At the facility itself, Thirteen confirms that nothing is getting out. The order goes to Tenya Ida, class president: sprint back to campus and bring the teachers. Tenya resists, reading a retreat that leaves his classmates behind as cowardly and shameful, until his peers push him and Thirteen reframes it as using his Quirk to save others. He agrees to run. Kurogiri catches the plan and moves to intercept, and Thirteen plants themselves in his path, the two squaring off.

Over in the Flood Zone, Minoru Mineta is appalled that Izuku Midoriya means to stand and win, but Izuku tunes him out and thinks it through. The League has no data on their Quirks, and although the villains hold the advantage in experience and numbers, surprise belongs to the students. Tsuyu Asui and Minoru describe what their Quirks can do, and Izuku builds the plan from that. When a villain strikes the ship and it starts coming apart, he leaps off and drives a Delaware Smash into the water, blowing the surface outward. Tsuyu snatches him up with her tongue as Minoru scatters his sticky spheres across the displaced water. The water rushes back to the center carrying both the spheres and the villains, and every one of them ends up glued together and helpless. With the fight over, the three make their exit, Tsuyu calling the whole thing impressive.
