The World of Pros

Up in the Mountain Zone, a villain shrugs off Denki's electricity and takes him hostage, which leaves Momo and Kyoka with no option but to give up.

Down at the Central Plaza, Nomu has already fallen to All Might, who asks Tomura why he is not attacking when killing him is the entire point of the operation. The question sends Tomura into a panic, since the plan had rested on Nomu. Kurogiri talks him down, pointing out how badly the creature hurt All Might and insisting the mission is still winnable. Steadied, Tomura decides to finish the job himself, and the two of them charge a hero too damaged to move. Izuku pours One For All into his legs and leaps to cut them off, but before the clash lands, a bullet hits Tomura and stops the attack cold.

The same rescue reaches the Mountain Zone, where Denki's captor is shot down. The shots come from U.A.'s Pro Heroes, who have arrived thanks to Tenya's run for help. Tomura calls it game over. Then a badly wounded Thirteen appears and turns Black Hole on him and Kurogiri; before he is drawn in, Tomura promises that the next attempt on All Might's life will succeed. Both villains vanish into it, and with Nomu, Kurogiri, and Tomura all removed, the League of Villains' assault ends with U.A. standing.

Izuku sinks into regret at having accomplished nothing, but All Might tells him plainly that without him there would be no All Might left alive.

All Might is pushed past his limit by the fight with Nomu and can no longer fight.

U.A.'s remaining teachers reach the U.S.J. before Tomura can do further damage, freeing Denki and interrupting the attack on All Might.

Thirteen, despite heavy injuries, uses Black Hole to drive Tomura and Kurogiri off, ending the U.S.J. Incident in U.A.'s favor.

Tomura vows to kill All Might on a future attempt as he retreats.

Nineteen pages, printed November 22, 2014 in issue 52 of that year and collected in volume 3. It closes out the U.S.J. arc material and was adapted as Episode 13.

Tomura Shigaraki and Nomu appear on the cover, which was also released in sketch form. Six pro heroes make their debut here: Snipe, Power Loader, Cementoss, Vlad King, Ectoplasm, and Hound Dog.

Within the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, the chapter closes out the clash between the League of Villains and All Might's side, then opens the faculty's own engagement against them.
