Destruction Sense is chapter 234 of My Hero Academia. Crushing the hand of Tomura Shigaraki's sister cracks open memories he buried years ago, and what comes out of them is an awakening Re-Destro cannot answer.
Re-Destro has Tomura's hands trapped between swollen fingers. He says he was raised never to judge anyone by their Quirk, then argues the opposite anyway: a Quirk is tied straight to personality, and a power that does nothing but crumble and wreck fits a man who wants only ruin.
Tomura's attention is elsewhere. The hand that gripped his left wrist belonged to his sister Hana, and the attack destroyed it. Memories he buried long ago start surfacing. All For One passing him his family's preserved hands, telling him to keep them close so the deaths, the pain, and the rage would never fade. Hana holding his hand and comforting him after their father scolded him.
Re-Destro moves to crush the hand. Tomura, mind breaking under the returning memories, sets his two remaining fingers against one of Re-Destro's and disintegrates part of it. Re-Destro throws him away in shock and stares at the cracking finger, wondering whether his information on Decay was wrong, since all five fingers were supposed to be needed. Tomura's head feels like it is splitting while he remembers his mother caring for him during an illness.
Re-Destro recognizes the pattern. Some inadvertent trigger has started a full awakening, the same way his own accidental burn once did it for Geten. Tomura dashes at him, quicker and more nimble than he was at Kamino in Yokohama and correspondingly deadlier. Done playing, Re-Destro bulks up to 80% Liberation, his body contorting and bulging into something demonic, and fires off Stress Output Burden, his Ultimate Move, which rips across several city blocks in a bid to kill him.
The blast sends Tomura flying and shatters more of his relatives' hands, this time those of his maternal grandparents. He remembers them as loving, attentive people who held him while he cried, and remembers that their words of consolation were never what he actually wanted to hear.
He stands back up to meet Re-Destro again. A panicked call comes in from Skeptic, warning that the League of Villains has not played all its cards and that a true monster answers to them. Gigantomachia has reached Deika City, flattening everyone and everything in his way.
Tomura Shigaraki's buried family memories keep surfacing in flashback, and it emerges that his grandparents died alongside the rest when his Quirk first went off.
Gigantomachia reaches Deika City at last. The Meta Liberation Army reads his arrival as proof the League had kept him out of sight.
Tomura's Quirk awakens, letting Decay work without all five fingers on the target.
The chapter was published on July 8, 2019 in issue 32, spans fifteen pages, and is collected in Volume 24. The Japanese title is 壊覚, read Kaikaku. Re-Destro and Tomura share the cover, and Episode 111 adapts it.
Nao Shimura, Chizuo Magi and Mako Magi all debut here. Action splits between Deika City and the Shimura Residence in flashback, with Stress and Decay in use and 80% Liberation and Stress Output Burden introduced as super moves. Gigantomachia's clash with the Meta Liberation Army begins.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
