Summary

Izuku, Katsuki, and Shoto tear across the city trying to keep pace with Endeavor, whose speed Shoto identifies as Flashfire at work. Ahead, in a business district, Starservant hovers between the buildings announcing that darkness will swallow the world, and the people below treat him as an annoyance and carry on.

He strips the glass from the surrounding windows, massing it into an enormous sphere to load Enlightened Fallen King, and hurls it down the street, where Flashfire Fist shatters the whole thing before it travels far. Starservant runs, luring his pursuer into an alley where three minions wait, and Izuku and Katsuki charge in only for Hawks to drop in and dispatch all three himself.

Key Events

Endeavor puts Starservant down and reminds Hawks that meetings are arranged in advance; Hawks claims he was passing. As police haul the villain off, he insists that Endeavor himself is the root of the coming darkness, which visibly lands even as the officers dismiss it.

Asked what he actually wants, Hawks sidesteps and starts pitching the book the Paranormal Liberation Front put out. Outwardly he raves about its sales and Destro's relevance. Inwardly he apologizes for the vagueness, because he is wired and cannot speak plainly, and pleads with Endeavor to look past the words, leaving him visibly thrown.
