Chapter 263 opens the assault on the Gunga Mountain Villa and hands Denki Kaminari his moment. Stuck on the front line away from his friends, he finds the reason to hold it, and swallows an enemy's lightning whole.
Hanta Sero prods Minoru Mineta to get moving. Minoru argues that the rear guard exists to catch stragglers, so getting fired up would insult the pros, and Hanta prods him again. Nirengeki Shoda catches a hero remarking that it has started, which Minoru finds alarmingly casual.
Kyoka Jiro picks up the enemy's movement through her Quirk while a hero warns the assembled force not to relax simply because heroes have gathered on a scale never seen before, since every one of them will be needed against what is coming. Kyoka says Fumikage Tokoyami does not worry her, but Denki Kaminari does, and Momo Yaoyorozu tells her he will manage.
Denki is meanwhile protesting his front-line posting, wanting to be with his friends. Midnight reminds him he understood the assignment, points out that his Quirk is needed, and suggests he think of the role as covering for heroes who lack what he has. Denki objects strongly, and Fumikage cuts in to say that watching him practice guitar for the School Festival left an impression. Denki assumes he means the playing, and before Fumikage can clarify, Cementoss tears the Front's mansion open with his Quirk.
Skeptic calls off the conference and warns the assembly hall, sending Violet and Black Regiment to the front entrance, Brown behind them as backup, and Carmine to the hall itself. An advisor named Amplivolt tells him the heroes landed a real blow and that the response should be escalated. Amplivolt steps up and declares that since waiting on Tomura Shigaraki has brought this attack on them, the Liberation Revolution may as well begin now. Edgeshot orders that nobody be allowed to escape, because these are trained fanatics ready to die for their cause and a single one loose could terrorize somewhere else.
Midnight tells a still uneasy Denki that if strangers elsewhere feel too abstract to fight for, he should think of the one person who matters most to him. Denki glances back and admits inwardly that being among his friends, Kyoka most of all, is the only thing he wants, while she quietly wishes him a fast and safe finish.
Amplivolt dismisses the heroes' numbers and readies his Quirk at full output. Fumikage watches Denki move up and recalls their practice session, how Denki hurt his fingers on the strings and waved off the suggested break because he wanted to back Kyoka's performance however he could. From that, Fumikage concluded Denki cares about his friends to the core. Amplivolt unleashes Supreme Discharge: Thundernet, and to his shock Denki drinks the entire discharge, shouting that they need to clean up so the ones left behind have nothing to fear. Elsewhere in the mansion, Hawks pins a bewildered Twice with his feathers, and Twice cannot understand why he would turn on the organization.
The heroes open their assault on the Gunga Mountain Villa, with Cementoss cracking the mansion apart.
Denki's Electrification is shown to work as a lightning rod, absorbing Amplivolt's Supreme Discharge: Thundernet.
Hawks corners Twice and reveals himself as the traitor.
The chapter starts the fight between the villa raid team and the Paranormal Liberation Front, and introduces Majestic.
Fumikage's flashback to the School Festival guitar practice reframes Denki's earlier characterization, tying his front-line resolve to Kyoka.
Horikoshi's author comment flags three Japanese releases then on sale: the first collected Team-Up Missions volume, the ninth of Vigilantes, and the main series' twenty-sixth.

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
