Since those events, a Twice Double had been wearing Rikiya Yotsubashi's face in public and running Detnerat as its president, while the genuine article ran the Paranormal Liberation Front. Timed with the Jaku Hospital Raid, that copy agreed to a joint venture alongside the Hero Public Safety Commission, which suspected him yet could not walk away from what his products promised. He used the meeting as cover for an ambush, killing and wounding several before dissolving from his wounds, insisting that his people want order without order, real freedom, and that the seeds are already planted.

Six hours after the prison assault, All For One seizes Tartarus emergency aircraft and uses them to throw the freed convicts and the Near High-Ends at seven more facilities, Shian, Bagu, and Kuin among them. Six break open, and the resulting flood of loose criminals buries his own trail. Back at their hideout, All For One asks the remaining Front members to guard the body while it rests. Spinner says outright that this is not the man he chose to follow, and is assured that Tomura's wishes remain the point and that a perfected body will deliver everything they want.

Two days on, Katsuki Bakugo surfaces from a coma to find Toru Hagakure, Rikido Sato, Hanta Sero, and Minoru Mineta delighted and himself furious for answers. They explain that nearly every wounded hero was brought to Central Hospital and its cutting-edge care. Gran Torino and Shota Aizawa are both alive in critical condition, and a doctor notes how much worse it would have been without those who shielded them. Present Mic, sitting with Shota, has started grieving Nemuri, while Shota asks after the students. Elsewhere, Mina, Eijiro, Mezo, and Momo look in on Shoto, whose throat is burned badly enough that speech is gone and whose window frames a mob pressing at the hospital for a word about his father. His friends admit they know about Dabi. Shoto turns it over: Starservant's warning that Endeavor would bring ruin, the hatred packed into flames that overpowered his own, a brother who has been watching all along and dismantling himself and anyone nearby to destroy their father. He recognizes what he is looking at. Dabi is who he was before he accepted his fire at the Sports Festival, and Endeavor cannot end this, so he must. Fuyumi and Natsuo arrive, and then someone else steps into the doorway and leaves him stunned. Down the corridor, Katsuki tears out of bed swearing to kill Izuku if he dies, and his friends explain that everyone else is awake. Izuku alone is not, wrapped in bandages with All Might keeping vigil.

Twice is revealed to have made a Re-Destro clone that lived the public life of Rikiya Yotsubashi, and during the Jaku raid it struck the Hero Public Safety Commission, leaving a message about liberation's seeds being sown. Six hours after Tartarus falls, the escapees and their Near High-End escort, All For One directing, hijack the prison's emergency aircraft to hit facilities across Japan and free more convicts, while Spinner begins doubting the person wearing Tomura's skin. Katsuki wakes at Central Hospital two days on; Sorahiko and Shota are recovering, Shoto is silenced by burns and resolves to handle Dabi himself, Enji is in surgery as media besiege the grounds, and Izuku remains the only patient showing no sign of consciousness, watched over by All Might.

Horikoshi's author comment reports finding 1,371 yen while cleaning his room and being reminded of Dragon Quest. The chapter ranges from a Gunga Mountain Villa flashback to the Hero Public Safety Commission building, the Shian, Bagu, and Kuin prisons, and Central Hospital, and features Double and Stress alongside flashback glimpses of Hellflame and Half-Cold Half-Hot. Its pages were split across the adaptation, with the first three animated in Episode 127 and the remainder in Episode 128.
